Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly provide a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.
Returns
Because our products are books and educational materials, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items that are no longer wanted, ordered by mistake, or purchased in error.
We are unable to accept returns for:
